After years of experience in the recruiting sector, I knew there was a better way.
After many years in the hospitality industry, I decided to switch paths and joined a large recruiting agency working with businesses of all sizes. I enjoyed my work and felt fortunate to work with such a wide variety of clients, however, I never felt totally at peace in agency recruiting.
The fees were too high, the value of the service was too low, and the large cost essentially excluded smaller businesses. It was a never-ending cycle of trying to find companies that could afford our service or were desperate enough to pay the high price tag.
As an Entrepreneur, I knew there had to be a better way. My goal was to create a business that would benefit the people that could use my help the most - small business owners.
The result is an affordable, comprehensive service that takes talent acquisition and planning off of business owners’ plates and enables them to focus on the day-to-day operations and growth of their business.
